Notes to the rental rates
  • A minimum of one week rental Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Wherever possible alternative periods will be accommodated off peak.
  • Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit, the balance will be due six weeks prior to your booking.
  • Swimming pool will be operational from May to October.
  • The Villa sleeps 12, however there are a further three put-u-up beds for children charged at EUR 50 per bed per week in the off peak season and EUR 100 per week during peak season.
  • A refundable deposit of EUR 250 is required for breakages. A set budget has been established to cover cleaning and laundry for changeovers.
  • We are very happy to discuss discounts for longer stays over off peak periods.

Cancellation
In the event you cancel your holiday half of your deposit will be retained and the other half returned, on the condition you let us know more than three months before the date of your holiday. In the event you cancel within six weeks of the booking we regret we will not be able to return any of the monies paid. However, we will continue to market the villa and should we receive a booking for the period concerned the appropriate funds will be returned to you.
